What is a Doula?
     A Doula is a person who provides physical,
emotional and informational  support during 
pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum.
     My job as a Doula is to empower you and your partner during
your third trimester,and provide a calm environment
throughout labour, birth, and postpartum care for up to a year.
